My application was a piece of cake, except for my disinterest in obtaining PR. Precisely for that very reason my intelligent wife searched for an agent. Our good friend Sabari suggested INDAUS. I appreciate their patience and perseverance in extracting the required documentation from me. I became interested in PR due to a medical condition, and it has to be obtained before a certain date. Somehow the immi department froze after the submission of my complete doco. This is where I was amazed at the sheer display of emotional intelligence by Naga.
